Service Plumber

We need motivated, self-starting individuals willing to work hard given this job is physically demanding with some unpleasant work elements – dealing with sewage, hand excavation, locating drain lines, working outside, etc. As a member of our field technician team you will interface with our customers so we need candidates who are personable and confident communicators.

Requirements

  • Experienced Residential & Commercial Service Plumber
  • Installation of plumbing fixtures in accordance with local codes
  • Run indoor & outdoor gas line
  • Installation of water heaters & sump pumps
  • Install and replace piping and tubing
  • Clean drains in homes and commercial buildings by using cable or high-pressure water jetting on main drains or secondary drains
  • Perform pipe inspection with cameras
  • Unclog sewers, kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, etc. using plumbing snakes and machines
  • Maintain and fuel vehicle, stock the service truck with adequate parts and maintain machinery
  • Transport materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of tools
  • Be able to successfully perform basic drain cleaning functions using small to large-sized drain cleaning machines
  • Ensure work is completed in a safe, clean and orderly manner and complies with company standards
  • Responsible for maintaining proper work order procedures and related documentation according to company guidelines using mobile software (Training provided)

Qualifications

  • Plumbing & Sewer experience: 3 years (License Preferred)
  • Knowledge of local and national plumbing code
  • A valid driver’s license
  • All candidates must pass pre-employment drug and background check prior to employment

Drain and Sewer Technician

We need motivated, self-starting individuals willing to work hard given this job is physically demanding with some unpleasant work elements – dealing with sewage, hand excavation, locating drain lines, working outside, etc. Additional duties include cleaning drains, working on sewer lines, using sewer cameras inspection equipment, installation of sump and ejector pumps, and cleaning interior drain lines. As a member of our field technician team you will interface with our customers so we need candidates who are personable and confident communicators.

The market for skilled trades-people is rapidly growing and plumbing is in the top five. This is a career-type position, with benefits, pay raises, bonuses and help in becoming a licensed journeyman in your name. We are willing train the right person.

Applicant must be able to:

  • Provide a description of diagnosed problems to customer in terms that can be understood with options, as possible
  • Explain the features and benefits of each solution
  • Have the basic knowledge of how a plumbing system works
  • Clean drains in homes and commercial buildings by using cable or high-pressure water jetting on main drains or secondary drains
  • Unclog sewers, kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, etc. using plumbing snakes and machines
  • Remove and reset a toilet and a p-trap
  • Perform pipe inspection with cameras
  • Maintain and fuel vehicle
  • Stock the service truck with adequate parts and maintain machinery
  • Transport materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of tools
  • Successfully perform basic drain cleaning functions using small to large-sized drain cleaning machines

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • 2+ Years of Prior Drain and/or Sewer experience preferred
  • Must have basic plumbing capabilities
  • A valid driver’s license
